Shipping

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped as insured DHL parcels. This means your bag is protected against loss and damage throughout the entire delivery journey. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.

Which countries does Myeisha deliver to?

We deliver throughout Germany, to all EU countries, and to selected countries worldwide. Available delivery countries are displayed during checkout. If your country isn’t listed, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to look into individual shipping options for you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and parcel weight, and are shown transparently during checkout before you complete your order. To see the exact cost for your destination, simply add an item to your cart and enter your address — you’ll see the shipping costs right away, without having to proceed to checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Within Germany, DHL typically delivers within 1–3 business days. For other EU countries, delivery takes 3–7 business days; for worldwide shipping, 7–14 business days depending on the destination. The estimated delivery time for your country will be shown during checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Changes to the delivery address are possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as quickly as possible by email or phone. Once the parcel has been handed over to DHL, address changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?

Since we ship as insured parcels, you are covered in the event of damage. Please contact us immediately and photograph both the damaged packaging and the contents. We’ll handle everything with DHL and find a solution for you as quickly as possible.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

In our shop you can pay conveniently and securely via PayPal. Through PayPal you also have the option to pay with your credit or debit card, even without a PayPal account. For special requests or individual orders, feel free to contact us directly — we’ll find a suitable solution together.

When will my payment be charged?

Your PayPal account is charged immediately upon placing your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched once payment has been received.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed via PayPal — one of the world’s leading payment providers, with comprehensive buyer protection and data security measures. Your payment details are never stored on our servers at any point.

Is payment by invoice or cash on delivery available?

We currently offer neither payment by invoice nor cash on delivery. If you need a special payment arrangement, please feel free to contact us directly.

How do I receive an invoice?

After your purchase, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation by email. We’re happy to issue a formal invoice on request — just send us a short email with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

How does a return work?

Please contact us before sending anything back — by email, phone, or contact form. We’ll discuss the next steps together and then provide you with our return address. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns without prior agreement. Find out more on our Returns & Complaints page.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

For a withdrawal (you’d like to return the bag), the buyer covers the return shipping costs. For a complaint (the bag has a defect), we will of course cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure the parcel is sufficiently franked and sent as a tracked shipment — we also recommend adding insurance.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received the return, we will refund the purchase price along with the original outbound shipping costs (standard delivery) promptly, within 14 days at the latest. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original order — i.e. back to your PayPal account.
